TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Thank you for showing an interest in my cups! I look forward to working with you. Before moving forward with your order, please review the following information regarding our shop policies and procedures.
All items are handmade, by going forward with the order you understand each individual tumbler/pen/coaster/key chain may have flaws and all of the tumblers/pens/coaster/key chain might not be exactly the same.
By ordering, you also understand that each tumbler/pen/coaster/key chain is coated with FDA compliant epoxy, which although durable, is not indestructible. After a seven-day full cure time, they become more durable, but again, not indestructible. If anything should happen to the cup/pen/coaster/keychain ie; scratches, chips, breaks, cracks, etc…I am not held liable and no returns are accepted. That being said, I will repair a cup that for some reason or another, has been damaged within the seven days (starting from the time I deliver the cup(s) or the cup(s) are picked up, or delivery date from USPS, as day one to the seventh day)
By submitting the payment you also understand and agree that all of my cups are hand wash only, not because they have epoxy on them, but because anything double walled, stainless steel should not be put in the dishwasher, the high temperatures can cause the coating that keeps the liquids hot or cold for extended period of time, to melt off, causing damage to the cup. I will supply a care card for each cup stating the following: Hand Wash Tumbler Only; Not Dishwasher Safe; Not Microwave Safe: Do Not Soak Tumbler; Do Not Leave in Hot Car; Do Not Drop Tumbler.
If for some reason, the cup(s) becomes damaged after the seven days and you would like it fixed, I will fix the cup for a fee that will be dependent on the damage that was caused, in some cases a new cup might need to be issued, in that case the old cup will need to be returned and I will discount the cost of the new cup at my discretion.
By submitting this payment, you are certifying that you understand and agree to all of the terms and conditions listed above and you also understand that custom items are non-refundable. Full payment is required before I start your order.
Lead time is minimum of three (3) week but up to (6) weeks depending on orders ahead of you. Tumblers are created in order of payments received.
